Is Ainvesting a Scam? Complete Review and Real Customer Feedback
Contents
Reviewing a broker Ainvesting can be tricky if you are undertaking it on your own and for the first time. The purpose of this article is to make the process of evaluating this broker easier for you. We will check this broker’s characteristics, starting from its terms of trading, platform, regulation, and everything else that can be important in your decision-making process.
Terms of trading of Ainvesting
While the exact number of tradable instruments is not available on their website, it is evident from the list of assets that Ainvesting offers a wide range of tradable CFDs. The products are divided into seven asset classes: Indices, Commodities, Shares, Forex, Cryptocurrencies ETFs, and Bonds. The company provides a leverage ratio of up to 1:30. As for the spreads, they offer only fixed spread type accounts and are competitive. Their trading conditions are transparent and easily accessible on their official website, ensuring traders clearly understand their services.
Ainvesting Platform
The broker has their in-house trading software – Ainvesting Web Platform – the only available platform for trading. It has a desktop and mobile version for both iOS and Android and a web-based app. The software is innovative and original. Fast and stable. Its interface is intuitive and friendly, making navigating and executing trades easy. It is fully equipped with advanced trading tools, alerts, real-time charts, and charting tools.
Ainvesting’s Quotes
Ainvesting provides a fixed spread type for all accounts. The spread depends on two factors: the account type and the instrument. Compared to other brokers using fixed spread offers, they are competitive, and their range is within the industry standards. A table with spreads for each instrument on each account type is available on their website, and it is easy to find the desired information. Like many other brokers, the company does not disclose more information regarding liquidity providers, and this is not accidental. Usually, the list of liquidity providers changes frequently, and to avoid giving incorrect information, many brokerage companies decide to omit this information.
Demo Account
Ainvesting offers a demo account feature once you register yourself with the company. It is funded automatically with $10,000. It provides an excellent opportunity to familiarize yourself with the platform in a risk-free environment. The demo account has the same features as the real money account, perfectly simulating the real account conditions. This type of account does not expire and will always be available for you to test new trading strategies.
Mobile Application
The Ainvesting platform is compatible with mobile and tablet devices, available on iOS and Android. The functionality of the mobile app is excellent. The web app is mostly the same in terms of access to trading features, allowing you to manage your account, monitor and execute trades, set alerts, and even use other extensive trading tools like indicators.
Deposit and Withdrawal
Ainvesting facilitates quick and convenient money transfers through two payment methods, for both deposits and withdrawals:
- Visa/Mastercard.
- Bank Transfers.
The process is quick and straightforward and takes place through their trading platform. The company does not charge any fees for deposits and withdrawals, which is quite good.
Complaints about Ainvesting
There is a limited number of customer reviews for Ainvesting. There are two main reasons for this: the broker is relatively new in the business and only offers services to countries in the European Union.
With that, there are no significant customer complaints. From what I could find online, the main complaints are about the high spreads and the company’s aggressive marketing by phone calls. I don’t know what the phone calls are, and I’m leaving room for these complaints to be fake. Regarding the spreads, the company has displayed the levels of the spreads, and everyone should do their homework to inform themselves and decide whether they are suitable for their trading strategy or not.
If there are any complaints about Ainvesting, we will be sure to post on social media. Subscribe so that you don’t miss anything!

Regulator of Ainvesting
Ainvesting is a properly regulated broker. It is a trademark owned by Up Trend Ltd., based in Bulgaria, and operates under the Bulgarian Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) regulations. While this financial authority is not widely known, it should be underlined that its rules and financial packages are similar to those of the much better-known CySEC regulatory authority from Cyprus. As part of the EU, Bulgaria is authorized to comply with Mifid 2 rules, and thus, brokers licensed by the FSC can carry out their operations in all of the EU countries, just as is the case with CySEC.
Ainvesting User Agreement
The User Agreement is the document where the broker describes all the aspects of its interaction with clients, including the possible negative aspects a trader may encounter. No broker would withhold any information about potential pitfalls for traders, which is usually included in this document. Hence, the User Agreement is important.
The Agreement is comprehensive and contains Five parts, outlining the rights and responsibilities of both the broker and the client. I found nothing unusual in the Agreement that could qualify as a trap. On the contrary, although it was not mentioned anywhere on their website, in this document, specifically in Article 2.11, under Bulgarian law, clients of this broker are afforded the highest possible level of protection. They are covered by the Investor Compensation Fund (ICF).
Is Ainvesting a Scam?
Based on the online available information and their regulatory status, Ainvesting does not have the typical hallmarks of a scam broker. Although it is a relatively new brand as a broker, the company behind the brand – Up Trend Ltd., has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and is a fully licensed financial institution offering a more comprehensive range of services such as liquidity and hedging services, and portfolio management for other financial entities. Moreover, the company only offers services to customers from EU countries. It makes no sense for a scam broker to limit their fraud activities only to countries where the regulation of brokers is relatively high compared to the rest of the world.
Conclusion
Ainvesitng is a regulated, reliable and trustworthy brokerage company. The range of instruments available for trading is quite broad. Its proprietary trading platform is intuitive, well-designed and stable, providing a smooth experience. However, there are no other trading apps available. The broker has different account options but only one fixed spread type offer. According to the EU regulation, the leverage is 1:30. In general, Ainvesting is a solid pick for retail traders who like sleek and fast trading engines, fixed spreads, and use cards or wire transfers.
