You can choose your preferred plan and make payments directly on our website using any convenient method.

Payment Process

Payments by plastic cards are processed through the payment gateway of LLC NCO “YuMani”. Additionally, electronic money can be used for payments. A payment confirmation document will be sent to your email. Please, pay your attention that for your privacy, safety of your information connection to our website is secured, it will not allow intruders to intercept your data.

To proceed with payment using a bank card, simply click “Payment with bank card” on the corresponding page of our website. Payment processing is handled by LLC NCO “YUMANI” and supports major payment systems like Visa International and Mastercard Worldwide.

Description of Data Transfer Process

To ensure secure transactions, you will be redirected to the payment gateway of NCO “UMMani” LLC. All connections and information transfers are encrypted using the SSL protocol. If your bank supports secure online payment technologies like Verified By Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, additional verification may be required.

Return of the funds transferred to your bank account within 5-30 working days (the period depends on the bank that issued you a bank card).

Refund Process

If you wish to cancel a paid plan for reasons such as it no longer being relevant to you, not meeting the stated characteristics, or simply not being suitable, you can initiate a refund.

Refunds are processed within 10 days upon receipt of the refund request in electronic form. Refunds are issued to the same payment instrument used for the initial payment.

To request a refund, fill out the electronic refund request form on our site with your name, contact information, reasons for refund, payment document details, payment tool number, and provide a copy of your passport:

  • 1. Your full name.
  • 2. Contact information.
  • 3. Reasons for refund (such as “The tariff is no longer relevant for me”, “The plan does not meet the declared characteristics”, “The tariff is unsuitable for me”).
  • 4. Specify the original settlement document for the payment.
  • 5. Specify the number of the payment tool where the payment was made.
  • 6. Provide a copy of your passport.

Upon submission, your Personal profile will become unavailable and will be deleted. A refund report will be sent to your email once the refund application is received. The refund period is 10 business days.

Please note that the time it takes for funds to be received depends on the payment method and the issuing bank, especially for refunds made to Visa and Mastercard bank cards.
