How is the payment
Payments by plastic cards are made through the payment gateway of LLC NCO "YuMani". You can also use electronic money to pay for any of the paid tariffs, which is convenient for you. A document of payment will be sent to your e-mail. Please, pay your attention that for your privacy, safety of your information connection to our website is secured, it will not allow intruders to intercept your data.
To choose the method of payment for one of the tariffs on our website with a bank card on the corresponding page you need to click "Payment with bank card". The payment is made through LLC NCO "YUMANI" with the use of bank cards of payment systems:
MIR, VISA International, Mastercard Worldwide.
Description of the data transfer process
In order to pay (and enter your card details) you will be redirected to the payment gateway of NCO "UMMani" LLC. Connection with the payment gateway and information transfer is made in a secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol. If your bank supports the Verified By Visa or MasterCard SecureCode secure online payment technology, you may also need to enter a special password to make the payment. This site supports 256-bit encryption. Confidentiality of the personal information you provide is ensured by NCO UMani LLC.
The information entered by you will not be provided to third parties, except as required by Russian law. Carrying out payments on bank cards is carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of payment systems MIR, Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl.
Return of the funds transferred to your bank account within 5-30 working days (the period depends on the bank that issued you a bank card).

How to return funds
If you have paid for a paid plan and want to cancel the plan for one of the reasons ("The plan is no longer relevant to me", "The plan does not meet the declared characteristics", "The plan is not suitable for me"), you can use the refund service.
Refunds are made in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation (Federal Law №161 of June 2011, the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", including Article 26.1.), occurs online within 10 days of receipt of our request for a refund in electronic form. Funds are refunded to the same payment instrument that you used when paying the fare on our website.
Refunds are initiated by the site user himself. The user can cancel a paid tariff at any time after paying for it on the site. To do this, you need to fill out an application for refund in electronic form on the site. The following fields must be filled in the application:
- 1.NAME;
- 2. Contact Information;
- 3. Reasons for refund ("The tariff is no longer relevant for me", "The tariff does not meet the declared characteristics", "The tariff is not suitable for me");
- 4. Specify the original settlement document for the payment;
- 5. Specify the number of the payment instrument from which the payment was made;
- 6. Provide a copy of your passport.
By filling in all the fields of the electronic refund request form and clicking the "Submit" button, you confirm your consent to the fact that the Personal profile becomes unavailable to you and will be deleted. In this case, any information in myAlpari is also deleted and cannot be used by us in the public domain.
To make a refund, a refund report is drawn up, which is legally binding and is sent to the e-mail address specified in the electronic application for refund. Refund application becomes effective as soon as it is received and the refund period is 10 business days.
Please note that the time of receipt of funds to your means of payment depends on the means of payment, by which the payment was made. In case of payment by bank card, refund to the client's bank card depends on the issuing bank.
