Training at Currency.com

Crypto Exchange Currency.com presents several sections for training new clients. But not all information in these sections is useful for new traders, so let’s try to understand what exactly should be read and watched. On the first page currency.com at the top you can see a drop-down menu “Trading Education”, which provides educational information on the basics of trading, trading strategies, going to the “Currency.com Academy”, a lesson on tokenized assets, cryptocurrencies, and a glossary.

There are many articles in the “Trading Basics” section that you can look at for a deeper understanding of the crypto market. But most of the texts are not suitable for novice traders, they don’t refer to crypto platform Currency.com and only a few are directly related to crypto-trading. The “Trading Strategies” page does not contain any trading strategies. Like the previous section, “Trading Strategies” is mostly just more or less interesting articles of general financial orientation.

“Trader’s Glossary” is not a glossary, that is, a dictionary of specialized terms. It is a collection of descriptions of some trends and nuances of trading, including cryptocurrency trading. Some articles may be useful for starting crypto trading. “Currency.com Academy” is an educational section of the cryptocurrency platform. When you enter it, you are immediately offered individual training.

The academy section presents 10 basic lessons, each of which explains basic information about tokenized assets, where and how to trade them, margin trading, take profit and stop loss, a small subsection on trading strategies, and specific trading solutions Bitcoin. All lessons from the academy page are recommended to study carefully before you register or right after registration, before you start trading crypto, both in real account and in demo mode.

In the “basement” of the “Currency.com Academy” page there is one more subsection “Trading Training”. This section is different from the one at the top of the site. Besides going to “Academy”, there are instructions on how to buy and trade BTC and ETH and a bitcoin calculator. These are instructions, not lessons, short tutorials on specific transactions, and an offer to sign up for an exchange. By the way, the bitcoin calculator also counts in Ethereum. But both cryptocurrencies count only in euros and U.S. dollars.

Educational information that is really useful for working on the exchange is on the help page of the platform. Here you can see the banners:

  • My Currency.com account;
  • Contribution of funds;
  • Trade;
  • Withdrawal of funds;
  • Tokens on Currency.com;
  • Regulation and Safety;
  • Collaboration and integration with Currency.com.

If you click on one of these banners, you can go to a block of information on this topic, for example, “My Currency.com Account” includes explanations on how to change data during account registration, on KYC procedures (know your customer) and on two-factor authentication.

For each of the stages of the exchange, there are articles that offer virtually exhaustive information with additional details. For example, on “Account Creation and Verification,” in addition to how to create and verify an account, you can find out why a scanned document was rejected, whether transactions can be made before verification is complete, and other additional explanations.

In total, there are about 50 articles in the section, which will give answers to most typical questions of working on Currency.com crypto exchange. Also on the first page of Currency.com platform there is a list of “Recommended articles”, which provides basic information about working on the exchange – how to create an account, a set of necessary documents, how to deposit, how to withdraw money and so on. But in essence it’s a transition to the same list of articles.

Commissions and fees are also a basic aspect of the exchange, and a separate list of articles on this topic can also be accessed from the client help page. In addition, at the bottom of the page there is a function for formulating your question, if it is not in the list of typical questions. Clicking on the button “Send request”, the user goes to the form for the question, where he fills the contact information, selects the type of the question, information on a specific transaction, if necessary, describes the problem and attaches files.

After registration, the user can stay in the account with a real account or switch to demo mode. In the menu in the upper right corner of the account there are subsections “video lessons” and FAQ. As for the FAQ, this is the same as Currency.com Academy. And “Video tutorials” are several videos with basic information on work on crypto-platform, but in English-language interface and without explanations. But they can be used as a technical guide for specific operations. All crypto trading lessons should be practiced in demo mode, which can be accessed on the first page of the crypto platform’s website.
