After submitting an application, the service will redirect you to the Simplex system website. On it enter the data of a bank card (VISA, Maestro, MasterCard) and complete the transaction. The payment system charges a fee for such transactions – 3.5-5% (or $10, depending on whether the amount is higher in percentages or dollars). Additionally, the cryptocurrency exchange Poloniex also charges its own fee of 0.75%. Keep in mind that some banks may also withhold their percentage.

The technical support service warns that those traders who use Simplex services for the first time will have to undergo identity verification. To do this, it is necessary to provide personal data and information about the identity card. This procedure may take several hours. For those users who have sent money through Simplex more than once, the transaction will be processed faster. After successful completion of the transaction funds will appear on the Poloniex customer’s account within half an hour (under normal network conditions).
