Output procedure

To withdraw funds the “Withdraw” buttons are offered in the wallet section near the fiat and digital assets available for withdrawal. Once you click it, you can see the available withdrawal methods and other details of the operation. For each withdrawal method the minimum and maximum amounts are specified, as well as the commission depending on the payment system. If the identity and address verification are not passed, the system will offer a button to go to the verification page. For those who passed it, the withdrawal request will be available.

Via the app

You can withdraw money through the company app crypto exchanges. To do this, go to the “Wallet – Cryptocurrencies” section. There is a “Withdraw” button next to the name, by clicking on which you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal is available only for Cryptocurrencies, fiat can be withdrawn in the web version of the exchange site.

Withdrawal deadlines

Withdrawal of funds is automatic and takes from 1 minute to 1 hour. Withdrawal with crediting to cards from 10 minutes to 3 working days.

Reasons for not withdrawing

EXMO users are not always able to withdraw funds. There may be several reasons for this:

• Changing account data within 3 days.
• Recharging your account from a wallet YuMoneywhich has not been used before, within 3 days.
• Replenishment with Qiwiwhich has not been used before, for 1 to 2 days.
• Insufficient amount on the account for withdrawal.
• Insufficient number of confirmations.
• Exceeding the limit of the number of withdrawal transactions per day.
• Blocked withdrawal of money by the administration.
• The user has not made a single transaction on the exchange.

Disabling output methods

In some cases the withdrawal of funds is disabled by some payment providers. There can be 2 reasons for this:

• Disconnecting gateways to unload the network if the gateways are operating in automatic mode.
• Technical work to stabilize the work.

If the user notices that any of the withdrawal methods is not in the wallet, it means that it is impossible to withdraw money. You need to wait for its auto-activation or use another method.

Minimum and maximum amounts

The minimum that can be withdrawn from the EXMO balance depends on the selected digital asset. In the “Wallet” tab of your account, the trader can see the amounts for different fiat currencies and digital assets. For example, the limit for EUR depends on the chosen system and is 5-1,000 EUR. For Bitcoin minimum is 0.01, Litecoin – 0,5, Ethereum – 0,1. You can view the minimum amounts for different currencies by clicking on the “Withdraw” button next to the asset of interest. The maximum amounts available for withdrawal are specified in the same way. On the page for withdrawal for each currency you can find out the limits and commission. You should familiarize yourself with these amounts before making a withdrawal request.

Commissions

Cryptocurrency exchanges do not charge withdrawal fees for cryptocurrency. But the systems themselves conduct transactions for a fee, which depends on the selected asset. For Bitcoin the fees are 0.0005, Litecoin and Ethereum – 0.01, Dogecoin – 1. The current commissions are listed in the “Wallet” section of your personal cabinet.

Withdrawal fees in rubles via AdvCash – 4,99%, Qiwi – 2,99%. Commission for withdrawal of tenge through the system AdvCash is 1.49%. There are commissions for withdrawals in euros. They range from 1.5 to 40 euros depending on the deposit method:

• CJ SEPA UAB and Instant SEPA UAB EUR – 1.5 euros;
• EMBank UAB SEPA – 2 EUR;
• EMBank UAB SWIFT – 40 euros.
