Bank customer registration

If you are already a customer Alfa Bank. You need to go to the “Registration” section of the service site and select “Open an account” under “I am a client”. This button takes you to the online bank. After authorizing, you will go to the page for creating an account with Alfa-Forex. All information will already be added to your personal account. The data for logging in will be sent to your email. Registration for new customers

Those who have not yet worked with the bank can order a card right away or look up the address of the branches to visit the office. The card is only needed for registration. After going through this procedure, it can be closed, but without the card and account it will be more difficult to top up the balance. The user must also fill out a registration form.

Opening an account

After completing the registration procedure, you can open one of the accounts. Alfa-Forex offers the following options:

• With hedging (as in MetaTrader4). Positions work individually. Several deals are available for one instrument.
• With netting (as in MT5). All positions on the instrument are merged. Therefore, it is impossible to open several positions.
• Demo accounts. It is possible to open an account in a personal office or in the application without the need to download documents.
• For trading accounts it is necessary to confirm the documents. Only a photo or scanned copy of your passport is enough: the main page and the page with a valid registration, INN and SNILS data.

It takes from several hours to 1-2 days to open an account. Once the documents have been uploaded to the personal cabinet, they are checked, a trading account is created in MT and a special account section in the bank. The information you need to top up your balance and connect to the terminal will be sent to the user’s email address.

Account replenishment

After registration, the user can deposit funds into his or her account. You can use mobile banking, Alfa-Click or come to the bank branch. In the mobile bank you should go to the menu and select the section “Alfa forex”, select the account, the amount, and the code which will come in an SMS message. Transfers in rubles take from 10 minutes, in USD or EUR take longer, but usually not more than 60 minutes. Replenishment through Alfa-Click takes 1-2 days. To withdraw money through the application, you must:

• Generate an account with the purpose of payment in the personal office of Alfa Forex.
• Go to Alfa-Click, tab “Transfers”.
• Select “To account in another bank” or “Currency transfer”.
• Fill in all fields and copy the purpose of payment.

It is also possible to withdraw funds by bank transfer to the account in the branch of Alfa-Bank. The transaction takes 1-2 business days, the fee can be clarified in the office. To use this method, you need to create an account with the purpose of payment in the Alfa forex cabinet, visit an Alfa bank branch, and send money according to the details, copying the destination exactly. There is no minimum amount for replenishment. But the administration advises to make not less than 2500 rubles.
