To place an order via LetyShops with a cashback credit, choose a product or service through the service’s catalog, not the merchant’s. The rest is easy: open the product page, add it to the cart, and pay for it. As soon as the partner store confirms the purchase, you will be automatically credited with the cashback. Another way is to use a receipt for a product/service included in the LetyShops list. In this case, you first place an order (online or at a physical point of sale) and get a payment document, and then download it through the mobile app of the cashback service, using the QR code scanner. This must be done within 48 hours of purchase.

To be able to use the online service (make purchases with cashback, withdraw funds), you need to register at letyshops.com. To do this, press the button of the same name in the upper right corner and fill in the form in the window that will open: e-mail, password. Also available authorization through social networks (Vkontakte, Facebook, Google+) – then you will need to give the service access to personal data page.

Now choose the country of residence and currency (so that the system will show us only suitable stores). The sequence of your actions in this case is as follows:

• Download and install the mobile app of the cashback service for iOS/Android and register / log in to your account (login and password are the same as in the desktop version).
• Click “Scan Check” in the “Checks” section.

Funds must be credited to your LetyShops balance within 20 business days. According to the information on the site, the service belongs to the Hungarian company Letyshops KFT, registered back in 2007 (as evidenced by the extract from the public registry of the Ministry of Justice, the link to which we have provided below). The registration number is 13-09-200084. The activities of companies in the country are controlled by the government.

User Agreement

User (client) agreement letyshops.com is represented by different language versions. It establishes the rules for working with the service, as well as the rights and obligations of the user and the owners of the system. So, already in paragraph 1.3 it says that you are not obliged to receive cashback if the seller (and he, in fact, acts as an advertiser, as he is advertised at the expense of letyshops.com) has not provided information about the purchases made by the client or has not transferred the commission to the service.

Only adults or minors acting as representatives of the former can register at letyshops.com (clause 2.2). Only 1 account can be registered for one person – duplicates are blocked (clause 2.3).

If a threat to the security of the service or a violation of its policies is detected, the provider will also block the account of the perpetrator with further termination of the agreement (clause 2.5).

You are obliged to notify the support team about changes of your e-mail. The company is not responsible for the consequences arising from failure to comply with this condition (clause 2.7).

LetyShops is free to set and change the rate for each advertiser-seller (clause 3.2).

LetyShops – official Internet resource, the owner of which is a foreign company. This complicates not only legal issues (for example, in the case of claims that cannot be resolved amicably, everything will be evaluated by the Hungarian judiciary), but also support: there is no direct communication with the organization, only electronic support, social networks and Telegram are available.

Another unpleasant thing is the lack of guarantees: if it is not proven that the seller transferred remuneration to LetyShops for the order, the user of the service may not receive a cashback. And financial transactions are operations that are closed from public view. And reports on them are provided either voluntarily (which happens very rarely), or at the request of the authorities, law enforcement. So the owner of the account can’t oblige the letyshops.com owners to perform the actions for which he registered in the system. By the way, there are not many complaints online related to non-accrual of cashback. Although there are also many positive comments. Of course, on the basis of all the above, we cannot claim that LetyShops is a scam.

Conclusion

LetyShops – quite convenient and functional cashback service with a good selection of products and marketplaces (trading platforms, online stores), free service, 7-day period of increased cashback (premium account, which is given as a gift for registration). The standard rebate amount here itself is decent: 6% on average, but can go as high as 30%. For those who want to try out the online resource without investing their own money, a test cashback is provided: the company places the order for you, and the funds are credited to your account just as if you had made a purchase.

It offers many bonuses, contests, a loyalty program, an affiliate program, and different ways to withdraw funds. From the minuses – the absence of guarantees, the possibility of the provider at any time (before crediting to your balance) to change the amount of cashback without warning, mandatory registration with personal data, as well as the lack of direct communication with the company, which is located in Hungary and is subject to local law.
