Tried 2 buses on 2 different routes, commentary did not work on either, would have been cheaper to use a TFL red bus as the experience would be the same. No refunds either.
Positive- You can choose 3 tours
Minuses- Commentary did not work on both the buses we tried, no refunds if it goes wrong, try one of the other companies.
