This Site is simply a SCAM. If you are travelling with family, DON’T TAKE THE RISK it’s not worth the money they offer. They show less price but they hide a lot in terms and conditions section. They don’t have Customer Care Representative to answer your calls.

By the way, tere was additional 5 or 6 costumes with the same issues. All of them didn’t receive any car but was scamed with hundreds of euros

The price that is listed on the site when booking a car does not include the cost of insurance. After booking, it turns out that you have to pay more (in my case, for a 4-day rental it was 200 PLN). In the end, it comes out that renting a car costs more than in competing companies.

A total shame. I fully prepaid the car, but I was not able to remt it because some small print conditions. And, no money back. Do not rent from economybookings.

I used this service to try to rent a car in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. They lied about the costs and coverage so when I got to the rental partner place the real costs were more than 5x times higher (>$700 instead of $119) and they also wanted a $1,500 deposit. These guys are terrible. No customer service what so ever. The insurance, well even if you pay, good luck getting a claim through. I will NEVER EVER go near this company again and I advise anyone else to steer clear.
