I highly do not recommend the service - risk of losing money!!!
Very much I do not recommend to contact with this service, as you risk losing money. I paid a deposit of 500 euros for the rental service Europecar in Belgrade.
On January 25, 2023, I was denied a rental car in the office of Europcar, referring to the fact that the bank card is a debit card and not credit. It was suggested that I should apply for a refund of the deposit to Economybookings.
What is interesting, the deposit Economybookings from the same card previously I was able to write it off safely. By the way, I had no problem using the same card earlier when renting a car from Sixt in Belgrade, and no Sixt had no questions…
After contacting the support service of the reservation service I was actually sent away. A month and a half or no answer, or politely ask them to wait.
Be careful – the business is clearly untidy!

The Worst!
Beware if you need a Refund. Lost $500! Lured in by misleading propaganda. Like "cancel anytime before ..." Made 8 bookings, then AFTER the booking they tell you insurance coverage does not apply to US or Canadian Citizens. In requesting a cancellation, they give you credit on a wallet... Read more

A fuir!
Absolutely avoid! A company that doesn't care at all about its customers, which responds to emails after a month of waiting. We rented a vehicle at Santiago De Compostel airport, our plane landed at midnight and we rented the vehicle for 12:30 a.m. a bus was to take us to the “Record Go” agency located... Read more

The price that is listed on the site when booking a car does not include the cost of insurance. After booking, it turns out that you have to pay more (in my case, for a 4-day rental it was 200 PLN). In the end, it comes out that renting a car costs more than in competing companies.
