You book a car rental and receive a confirmation that there are NO FURTHER COSTS, everything is included – which is WRONG – you pick up your car and you have to pay for insurance A LOT – also EconomyBookings confirmed on their voucher, insurance is included ! however, EconomyBookings doesn’t care – they never answer any complain, you just get an automatic email response and never hear from them again

Beware if you need a Refund. Lost $500! Lured in by misleading propaganda. Like "cancel anytime before ..." Made 8 bookings, then AFTER the booking they tell you insurance coverage does not apply to US or Canadian Citizens. In requesting a cancellation, they give you credit on a wallet... Read more

Absolutely avoid! A company that doesn't care at all about its customers, which responds to emails after a month of waiting. The price that is listed on the site when booking a car does not include the cost of insurance. After booking, it turns out that you have to pay more (in my case, for a 4-day rental it was 200 PLN). In the end, it comes out that renting a car costs more than in competing companies.
