Cryptocurrency disappears, the developers know about it, it’s not the first time, but they don’t solve the problem. The wallet automatically withdraws money to unknown addresses

Lost money
I withdrew to my purse spend money. In the end, there is no way to withdraw them anywhere, I appealed to support 4 times, all that they advised did not help. My problem is frankly ignored, 4 treatment simply closed without response. I think the funds are lost.
