I tried to register on the site and offer guide services with interesting programs. I was politely sent on an erotic journey, saying that we have too many guides. In other words, it’s not the client who decides which guide and itinerary to choose, but the site imposes its own.

  We completely agree, the situation is unacceptable. One of our tasks is to make sure that the description corresponds to reality, all was accurate and honest. In this case, the organizer broke a rule and invited a tour guide who was not an art historian, not suitable for quality for this tour, sorry 🙁 This guide will no longer give tours to our travelers.
  We found your order and returned money you deposited on our website, as well as accrued bonuses for a discount on any of our excursions.
