    Money scam, terrible service

    Everything is very bad lately with Tripster / Tripster.ru – no customer service (dispersed due to recent events in the country), the company is not responds to inquiries, impossible to place orders and information, does not work on quality, she became interested only in the number of deals on site.
    But the main thing is that they don’t care about anyone, because Tripster takes 20 percent of any order, and then everything goes up in flames. Then you have to to deal with the client and the customer themselves, in case of disputes. In general, all who could already have left this site, I also say goodbye to deception, horrible service, and loss of money. Thank goodness there are plenty of normal sites like *** and other platforms.

    I don't recommend getting involved

    I tried to register on the site and offer guide services with interesting programs. I was politely sent on an erotic journey, saying that we have too many guides. In other words, it's not the client who decides which guide and itinerary to choose, but the site imposes its own.
