Yes, it's a scam! (National Gallery, London)

Just awful! After paying for 3 days (including the day of the tour) I could not get through to the organizer to clarify the details. On the day of the tour instead of *** came ***, a little late. The first question was what you work as and how useful "useful" as a contact in the future, the second question was – do you really want to go to the gallery, since it’s boring there, or would he rather show us other sights. It was only afterwards that I realized that I had to agree to other attractions. For the first 15 minutes there was a detailed explanation of what "national"(gallery) meant. We stood on the gray stairs the whole time and listened to absolute nonsense about trivial things, that the paintings in the gallery belong to the people, more in the legal key. I couldn’t stand it anymore and asked to go into one of the halls or at least up the stairs. The guide’s story was very stingy, empty and uninteresting, e.g., Leonardo’s painting "Madonna in the Rocks" he characterized it as nonsense, and that was the whole characteristic of the painting!!!!!! Yes, added – you are you can’t hang one of these in your house!!!! Most importantly, the guide’s story had absolutely NO ARTICULTURAL ASPECT !!!!!! There was an ornate story, there was emotional PERSONAL evaluation, but there was no art historian’s view!!!! And it was a DEATH, because when the tour was processed, *** wrote that the tour will conduct it or a fellow art historian!!! Honestly, I was very very very upset, disappointed, angry…. It was insanely miserable for the time! After
