    Rudeness and arrogance of operators

    For all 5 times of communication on different days the same attitude, rudeness and unwillingness to listen and answer the question. The operator interrupts. Apparently, this is the regulation of work in Daily. When a person applies to the company, he wants to get a reliable and clear answer. And not the operator’s hysterics as it was in the last time. Such horror has never been on booking or Airbnb.

    • Terrible site, not user-friendly, slow. The operators are rude and absolutely do not know how to talk to those who pay them money. Standard questions are rude and they hang up.

    I used it once, I chose an apartment in St. Petersburg with many positive reviews, everything went well. On the downside - no guarantees after moving in, the service does not give, contact the owner of the housing to clarify any questions about the object (not always everything is clear from the photo)...
