    Thieving fraudulent "platform" - DO NOT deal with it NEVER!!

    Cheat the Buyers brazenly and banally – replace expensive products frankly cheap or even "from dumpster"! Smartphones worth more than $600 brazenly and trivially unashamedly swapped for $20-$50 gadgets! At the attempt to open a "dispute" – unceremoniously stated that "they do not have steal" and at your further persistence – stupidly block your account and stop completely any "communication" ! All of them are so called "Site Rules" – a compendium of fraud and scams!
    Avoid ANY RELATIONSHIP WITH THIS Thieving "Playground" !!

    They have most common items for a good price. If not in stock they let you know without delay and money is given back.

    Sin garantia

    I bought a product and after 3 months it stopped working. When I contacted Joom they told me that the warranty is 30 days. They are a company located in Europe, they cannot ignore consumer legislation.

    I returned two products on 07.10.2023. Unfortunately, I only received the money back for one product. On 26.10.2023 I returned 4 more products and up to this point the money has not yet been returned to me.
