    Disgusting delivery

    Failure to meet deadlines for the delivery of goods. The warranty period is insanely extended. Shipments via Mongolia are impractical, they take forever.

    • The product is of good quality at a reasonable price

    • Ugly delivery. I came to Jum a long time ago, when the delivery time was still a month, but now the guaranteed delivery period is moving forward like the horizon, it has reached 105 days!!! This is absolutely absurd! If you want to buy a gift for your loved ones' birthday, it is impossible to receive it on time. Parcels disappear as if into a black hole and are not tracked for months. Often they are sent through Mongolia and then it’s a total disaster, you won’t be able to wait until the deadline! But in Juma's offices there is grace. I read it and was surprised. This is where the real thrill is: free food, snacks, coffee, even lounges with beds. But the management does not allocate funds for normal delivery, they only unsubscribe based on the “warranty period”, which, as we already know, have lost their limits. I predict the unenviable collapse of the company in the future if they do not change their tactics. I would like to talk to the management, they are elusive to clients these days.

    They have most common items for a good price. If not in stock they let you know without delay and money is given back.

    Sin garantia

    I bought a product and after 3 months it stopped working. When I contacted Joom they told me that the warranty is 30 days. They are a company located in Europe, they cannot ignore consumer legislation.
