Not responding to my request for an official and documented financial statement, evading answers, responding, and procrastinating in complaints!
Until today, April 12, 2025, I have not received any response at all, and my request has not been processed, nor has there been any response regarding the request. There is only evasion and complete disregard for messages.

This response from IQ Option to my Trustpilot review contains no real solution! They continue to stall and repeat the same phrases without providing me with the financial data I requested 50 days ago. To date, I have received no timeline for addressing my issue, as they claim, nor have I received any actual email updates, and there is complete disregard, I’ve checked my email, including spam, and haven’t received any updates from them.

I have been a customer of IQ Option for a long time, but when I submitted an official request for a detailed financial statement of my transactions, I was surprised by the lack of any actual response from the company.
I have submitted several complaints via email, technical support, and to the complaints department, but the company does not deal with complaints in a professional manner, as it has not yet provided me with a notification of receipt of the complaint or a reference number to follow up on it. Every time I contact them on live support, I hear the same repeated answers that the request is under consideration. Imagine with me that a request for a financial statement requires study for all this time and so far there has been no real progress in resolving the problem.
I am trying to contact the technical support email and the "Complaints Department", but this department does not respond to my messages, and when I call my account manager, he tells me that the relevant department will contact me, which has not happened yet despite the passage of 50 days.
It is unacceptable for a company to delay in fulfilling a legitimate request such as a financial statement, which is a basic right for any customer. This complete disregard and non-response and these methods raise questions about transparency and credibility in dealing with customers. I hope that my request will be responded to as soon as possible and the issue will be addressed seriously, otherwise I will have to take further steps to ensure that my rights are restored.
Minuses
Duplicated licenses, platform and price manipulation, withdrawal manipulation, delay or blocking, lack of response and ignoring, use of suspicious payment methods, and very unfair terms for customer rights.

Trading forex + some shares these days
Altough they offer more stocks than shares , I am glad to see taht forex also is under nice conditions with good spreads and no big slippages, given that the itnernet is high speed🌐 Also I am loving the platform , it was super uncortable in the beginning but now I just cant imagine trading elsewhere...
