11 years I worked with this "office"

11 years I worked with this “office”, there were some complaints, mainly about the timing of withdrawal of funds. Trading with variable success, I learned from my mistakes. There are a lot of traders like me, nothing special. But I want to warn everyone what happened to me now, maybe it will help someone to avoid financial losses.
I got used to take a 30% bonus over the years, sometimes with successful trading I even managed to withdraw it later. In November-December 2018 I started trading with this bonus with a depo of about 400 usd, gradually increased to more than 3 000 usd.
I decided to withdraw 600 usd, so that it would not be a pity to drain if anything, since trading is risky. I was denied withdrawal, saying that all funds on the account became BONUS. How so? And they say there is a point 12 of the agreement, there when approaching the margin call all funds become bonus funds and they can never be withdrawn again. For 11 years they have never done this to me.
What is the meaning of my post : Once apparently at night stud “down” (and I stand up the pound mostly, but not only) was a state close to margin call, but did not happen. But I was asleep and consequently didn’t see anything. In the morning it was business as usual. Further, during several weeks I dispersed not MY money, but as it is explained to me now Insta bonuses, i.e. I worked on them losing my time for FREE. Neither in my personal cabinet, nor by e-mail, nor in MT4 ANY notifications/warnings were received at all.
