Could’ve been better
I’ll keep this short and sweet — or maybe sour. Wego promised simplicity, but delivered confusion instead. On paper, everything sounds great: compare flights, book hotels, grab eSIMs, rent cars. In practice? Not so much. Sure, ordering flights was relatively straightforward, especially with budget carriers like flydubai popping up prominently. But don’t expect miracles from customer service — they’re polite enough, but unhelpful when it matters most. Case in point: my hotel booking disappeared mid-trip due to a system error, forcing me to rebook at double the cost. And let’s not forget the eSIM debacle, where activation instructions were so convoluted I almost gave up entirely. Service quality leaned toward average, with occasional bright spots like speedy confirmation emails. Deadlines weren’t met consistently; refunds took weeks longer than advertised. Honestly, unless you’re desperate, there are better options out there.
