    Leakage of personal data or the Ministry of IT Development is a scam

    There is news about leaked user databases from Yandex to all kinds of banks and medical clinics on practically all channels. It’s hard to imagine what kind of university trains such programmers or coders. If the courses at this school meet any standards and professors represent what is hacking, exploit, buffer overflow, then such news did not have to observe at all.
