    Hello! This is my first review, so please do not judge me too harshly. I traded at Olymp Trade for three months, I was losing money and earning. In 15.03.19 some misfortune happened that made me not want to trade with Olymp Trade.
    The thing is, there was a small jump, but when I set the “time frame 39 sec” it was clearly seen that the deal was in the black. The opening of the transaction occurred on 15.03.2019 22:13:56.198. and closing on 15.03.2019 22:15:56.198. that in correspondence the specialist Olymp Trade confirmed, according to this data the transaction should have closed in “+” but alas. After that the specialist of Olymp Trade informed me: “The fact is that at 22:15:56.198 a quote was not received and your transaction was closed at the last quote received at 22:15:56.046” that is in the negative.
    Be vigilant when trading with Olymp Trade!

      We have checked your transaction. The support specialist gave you the correct information, but we will add a little more to his answer.

      Look, quotes are received on the platform continuously, sometimes several times per second. The transaction is always completed by the last change, the tick. If at the moment of deal closing there was no change of quotation, the deal is closed by the previous tick – i.e. the very last tick at the moment of closing.

      Trading on minute intervals is associated with a high risk and is considered as the highest pilotage of trading, because it is almost impossible to analyze the chart precisely on this interval. We recommend you to choose the deal duration between 15 minutes and more to make your forecasts more accurate.
