The company simply does not want to fulfill its obligations and withdraw money, finding all sorts of ways to do so. If you have started earning, then be prepared to be led around in circles with verification for several weeks. First they won’t like your selfies, then they won’t like them again, then they will accept your selfies but somehow miraculously cancel another level of verification, for example the first page of your passport or proof of payment. As a result, all this drags on for almost a month + 5 days of processing the application for withdrawal and here you get your blood money only a month after the application. But this is not all. If you continue to earn, you are immediately sent to the financial monitoring, where they drive around in circles for another 3 weeks. That’s exactly the situation I have now. My account №32860453 was sent for financial monitoring on February 21, as they themselves declare, the maximum term of this check is 10 working days. By not difficult arithmetic operations it is possible to calculate that the check should have ended on March 7, but miraculously it was delayed till March 11. On March 7 the company’s consultants wrote to me that within a day wait for a call or a reply by e-mail. As you can see, I have not received a call or a reply so far. I wrote to them in support today, they replied once again to wait for a call within a day. Well, let’s wait…
I’m wondering, does Olimp Trade treat all its clients so negligently? Or only to those who work at least a little in the plus and not profitable to the company? Is the company so greedy that it can’t withdraw a few thousand rubles, sending the account for verification in the hope of finding something to punish this account for?
