Termination of the Agreement dated July 24, 2019 between IQOption Ltd (“Company”) and Ludmila Mxxxxxxxxxxx with passport . XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (“Client”) in relation to account number 5555555 (“Account”)

In this email, we inform you of the termination of your agreement with the Company, effective immediately in accordance with Article 16 of this Agreement, due to breach of your obligations and/or the terms of this Agreement and/or breach of the warranties and representations made by you in this Agreement to trade on your own behalf and act as principal and not as an authorized representative/attorney or fiduciary of any third party. The Company for said breaches shall have the right to deny any profits earned by you and immediately terminate your account.

However, the Company has granted you limited access to your account for a period of 7 days from the date of this letter to allow you to close open positions and/or withdraw your remaining funds in your trading account excluding profits.

Please place a withdrawal request on your trading account and if you have any problems in this regard, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from the date of this letter.
