    Roman, we made an internal investigation and...

    Roman, we made an internal investigation and found out that due to technical imperfection of the trading platform you bought options during the periods of very low liquidity with almost no market risks. According to the Regulation, which you accepted, when you start using the options service (namely point 4.7), the Company has the right to return the funds for such options, i.e. to cancel them.
    We would like to draw your attention to the fact that on your website you briefly mention the Company’s offer to compensate you for the inconvenience in the amount of 10000 USD.
    So, you accepted this offer and received the money. And after that you started to demand to cancel the cancellation of your debit under paragraph 4.7. (despite the compensation you received, which you agreed to).

    Instaforex scam

    Instaforex is a scam, they never let me withdraw a single dollar, and I deposited 5 dollars in my account and they stole it from me

    This company is a SCAM and I have lost more than £18000 by trading with them. They are a bunch of scammers who pressurise you to put more and more deposit and when you want to withdraw they will stop responding. There is no way to contact them over the phone.     The results of the competitions, like the competitions themselves, are fake

    The results of supposedly held contests are fake... the volume of transactions does not correspond to profits or losses... if the results are drawn, most likely a fake and much more... in general - liars
