    I don’t know, maybe the stars didn’t align correctly. In many places I checked in without any problems. Here I can not. I put 674 rubles. Sent already 200 passport photo. Do not like the people. Wanted to display in the field of card validity does not score the field. I registered at another office in 10 minutes.
