Evadav.com User Agreement

The Evadav User Agreement (Terms of Use, Terms and Conditions) has an English version. The document establishes the rights and obligations between users and system owners. We’ll break down a few provisions to give you an idea.

Thus, clause 2.2 requires you to provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and notify the administration promptly if any changes occur (this applies, for example, if you change your phone number, mail address or name of the account owner). Otherwise, the account may be temporarily blocked or permanently deleted. At any time Evadav may require verification of the information provided at registration by requesting documents (clause 2.3). You can’t make changes to the payment information (for example, change the number of the wallet for payments) without the approval of the support team (point 2.4).

The user is responsible for ensuring that the content posted complies with the law and human rights. Evadav is not involved in any litigation between the user and third parties in this regard. There are a number of limitations on earnings for webmasters (all of which are outlined in clause 6.3 of the agreement):

No income is paid for traffic, on 60% and more containing unsubscribes. When the amount of $100 is reached, the publisher should suspend the traffic and coordinate its quality with the personal manager. Otherwise, payments can be reduced (provided that the traffic does not pay off). Service is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of its use (clause 9.2). Everything is provided on “as is”/as is (clause 9.1).

Is Evadav a Scam?

The company Evadav is registered in Cyprus, and regulated by CySEC, by having an active license.

As for feedback, it seems to us that it is not enough to make a clear picture of a market participant. Although the presence of confirmed complaints (and their confirmation is the response from the support team with detailed information) cannot be disregarded.
