    We are an online store braidershop. We have been using the service for 4 months. We use integration with whatsapp, telegram, vk, instagram, viber. Not a single week during this time that the service did not fall down or something did not break.
    Customers have begun to lose because of poor quality communications.
    Support certainly solves problems, but it takes precious time (sometimes half a day) and nerves.

    Service can not recommend another solution if you do not want to constantly waste time dealing with technical support.
