I decided to use this service on my own head, but I did not get any money. I work as a freelancer, payment for my work was made in bitcoin through this exchange office. Soon the application was frozen due to the fact that the customer had paid for it "dirty" bit. The only condition for The return was a verification, which I passed. Then the operator began to make up ***, which allegedly is in the rules. And this is what he writes: Refunds is carried out exclusively to the wallet from which the transaction was made.
And here’s what the rules say on this subject:
“10.7 Confirmation The Client will be required to pass the verification process. Only after verification, the funds sent by the Client will be returned to the address the sender’s wallet, but minus the commissions spent on the transaction.
Where is the point about the same wallet – I have no idea. But *** smart. Sergei, the operator found it somewhere, and decided not to return the money. After that, I will never come back to this shithole company, and you do not My advice!

  Dear user. You sent a bitcoin which did not pass AML – verification, this means that the funds have riskscore = 100, dark_market = 100. We are concerned about our customers and the reputation of the service, so the rules of our agreement says that it is impossible to accept funds of dubious origin.
