    Mosquito net alongwith washing detergent washing ordered in Dec’23 by paying online for more than ₹1000/-instead of COD.For a fortnight they informed that items were sent for delivery through Ecom express but not happened.My several Emails hasn’t get any response.It is a such a worst company.Beaware of this Cheating online portal.

    • Money paid but Items not delivered.No reply for complaint through Email.Customer care no.1800 229898 is not reachable/out of service

    No delivery, no customer support

    They didn’t deliver my order. But shows order fulfilled on orders page. No response on Contact number and email. I’m now waiting for my order for more than 15 days, without any further update. Ecom Express tracking page shows only “information received”, no progress after that. Tried to reach wellify... Read more
