    Mosquito net alongwith washing detergent washing ordered in Dec’23 by paying online for more than ₹1000/-instead of COD.For a fortnight they informed that items were sent for delivery through Ecom express but not happened.My several Emails hasn’t get any response.It is a such a worst company.Beaware… Read more

    No delivery, no customer support

    They didn’t deliver my order. But shows order fulfilled on orders page.
    No response on Contact number and email. I’m now waiting for my order for more than 15 days, without any further update.
    Ecom Express tracking page shows only “information received”, no progress after that.

    Worst e-commerce company no customer support no response on email no complaint reference number missing products from order

    • They don't send all the products ordered and take no responsibility for missing items customer care is a sham they entice customers with offers which they don't provide cheating people of there money
