    If functionality were measured solely by aesthetics, Wego would ace the test hands down. Unfortunately, substance matters too — and here’s where things get messy. I used Wego to plan a business trip to Singapore, combining flights, accommodations, and car rentals. On the plus side, the platform made comparing airlines like Singapore Airlines and Scoot effortless. However, digging deeper revealed issues. For instance, adding extras during the car rental process inflated the price significantly, catching me off guard. Customer support proved equally unreliable; agents sounded robotic and rarely addressed concerns directly. Service quality leaned toward mediocre. The hotel looked fine in pictures but smelled musty in person. Speed varied widely; while flight confirmations arrived promptly, hotel reservations lagged behind schedule. Bottom line: Wego has potential, but it’s far from perfect. Approach with caution.
