Decent, but not without flaws
Let’s cut straight to the chase: Wego flights isn’t perfect, but it gets the job done. I used it recently to book a round-trip flight from New York to London and reserve accommodation near Hyde Park. While the website looks sleek and modern, navigating certain features felt unnecessarily complicated. Sure, filtering by airline (British Airways, Virgin Atlantic) helped narrow down choices, but sorting results by “best value” often showed pricier options first. Frustrating, right? Customer support wasn’t particularly helpful either. After waiting nearly an hour on hold, I finally spoke to someone who couldn’t answer half my questions about baggage policies. On the bright side, the actual booking process was fairly quick, and the prices were competitive. The eSIM feature caught my attention because it sounded futuristic, but setting it up required downloading yet another app, which felt redundant. Service quality varied — while the flight went smoothly, the hotel room photos online didn’t match reality. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. To sum it up, Wego works if you’re willing to overlook its quirks. Proceed with caution, though.
