    DON'T BUY - they sell faulty products and refuse to honor their warranty

    I bought a machine back in January and within a few weeks it started coming apart. I’ve been going back and forth with customer service for A MONTH. They told me my machine had a one year warranty. But then they offered to pay for 60% of the repair costs if I could repair it locally. When I refused they asked for my "mercy" and if I could please accept a 40% refund. What is wrong with this company?! Avoid the headache, buy somewhere else.

    Product arrived defective. Contact with customer and technical support not helpful.     STAY AWAY!!! THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY

    Don't be fooled by the cheap prices. They print a shipping label but nothing ships fpr days if ever. Horrible, arrogant customer service.
