the service was more helpful than the hotel itself
I booked the hotel through the website, I made a mistake in the date, instead of August 21 I wrote 12. I booked in July. I contacted the service center and the hotel. the hotel gave me zero information. the service center accepted the request quickly, promised to give an answer by the end of the month, but the answer came in 24 hours! thank you very much, that’s why I love your service!
P.S. the site showed more attention and care than the hotel itself, although it was one of the best in the city. but I have no complaints about the accommodation itself.
