I was satisfied with both the support service and the guides
We went to Nizhny Novgorod this summer. On the eve of the trip the guide did not get in touch, which worried us. The customer service responded immediately and was in touch until the situation was resolved. By the way the guide turned out to be just a miracle, we were very pleased. Already in MN we had a group excursion a few hours before it was cancelled. And again we had our support, we got our prepayment back quickly, and we took it from another guide. No complaints to Tripster, only gratitude.

Convenient service and great excursions
I love traveling and discovering new places, and Tripster has been a godsend for me. It's easy to book a tour. Descriptions, information about Guide, cost, dates - everything is at your fingertips. And it's cool that you can discuss details and ask questions with the guide before you pay.

I don't recommend getting involved
I tried to register on the site and offer guide services with interesting programs. I was politely sent on an erotic journey, saying that we have too many guides. In other words, it's not the client who decides which guide and itinerary to choose, but the site imposes its own.
