Nie mehr wieder!!! VORSICHT!
Rather pay a few euros more and book directly with the airline before one is ripped off so. After death open ticket confirmed by email, then re-booked with the excuse that the flight is fully booked until at some point a refund was promised, but this was not refunded. After 224 emails and a year back and forth I get an answer to my email "We are very sorry but the ticket validity is already over on (2022-09-19)". This is the very last and an absolute impudence!

When paying by card, it is not possible in Poland to take an invoice for a company even though they ask for such data. This remark is not written anywhere in the terms and conditions. Sitting all day on the chat room and trying to talk to the staff had no effect.
