They have not refunded money for a ticket for a canceled flight for 3 months
I bought a ticket Yerevan – Moscow, on flight Fly One 3F325 19.12.2021 in trip.com. Flight cancelled. The same day through the application made a refund request funds. There was no answer.
In response to calls in January I got the following reply: "The request to cancel the reservation was processed [18.01.2022] and at the moment time is being processed. We are sorry, but in the current situation, returns can take a long time.
As soon as the airline will refund the ticket you will receive an automatic email confirming this and then the refund will be made to the original payment account within 14 days;
However, the money for the ticket for the same flight, purchased directly from Fly One, has been refunded already January. Apparently, trip.com is deliberately delaying the refund of money long received from the airline. On the phone they say they will refund the money within 180 days.

When paying by card, it is not possible in Poland to take an invoice for a company even though they ask for such data. This remark is not written anywhere in the terms and conditions. Sitting all day on the chat room and trying to talk to the staff had no effect.
