    they don't know what they are selling

    I found a flight on skyscanner and chose Trip.com to buy it.
    The ticket was Air Arabia from India to Moscow via the Emirates, sold without baggage. After I decided to add my luggage, but I couldn’t find my ticket on the AC site (the system couldn’t find my ticket using my reservation number). I contacted trip.com at The operator told me on the phone that I had purchased a ticket with a self-service connection (i.e., I would have to add my luggage).
    On the phone, the operator told me that I had a ticket with a self-service connection (i.e., I would have to get the luggage in the Emirates and then check in again for the flight to Moscow and drop off the luggage). They say yes, maybe they will throw the luggage themselves, but it’s not for sure.     Brak możliwości wystawienia FV w PL przy płatności kartą.

    When paying by card, it is not possible in Poland to take an invoice for a company even though they ask for such data. This remark is not written anywhere in the terms and conditions. Sitting all day on the chat room and trying to talk to the staff had no effect.
