surprised me with quality

I’ve cooked almost every day for the last 40 years, so I know what a good kitchen knife should feel like. That’s why I was skeptical about buying this 7-piece knife set from Temu for under $30. But after reading a few positive reviews, I figured I’d give it a try.
It took about three weeks to arrive, which is normal for Temu. When I opened the box, I was really happy with what I saw. Each knife was individually wrapped, already sharpened, and looked clean and well-made. The handles were comfortable, and the blades felt balanced in my hand.
I tested them all during dinner prep and they sliced through everything—tomatoes, chicken, onions—you name it. Even the paring knife worked great for small jobs. One of the steak knives arrived slightly bent, which was a bummer, but customer service responded quickly and sent a replacement within a week.
After weeks of daily use, none of the knives have dulled or rusted, and they cleaned up easily in the dishwasher. For the price, this set really punches above its weight. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends who want a solid starter set.
