Functional but has its flaws

I bought a travel backpack because I needed something light for weekend trips, and the reviews looked decent. When it arrived, I liked the design — lots of pockets, padded laptop sleeve, and it’s water-resistant. The material feels okay, not super thick but not flimsy either. I took it on a short trip and it worked fine, carried my laptop, clothes, toiletries, etc. But after a week of use, one of the zippers started sticking. Not a dealbreaker, but annoying. Also, the shoulder straps aren’t adjustable, so if you’re tall or short, it might not fit perfectly. Overall, it’s functional and looks better than its price suggests, but I wouldn’t rely on it for long-term heavy use.
