    Daily. ru does not help clients

    09.09.2023 booked through daily.ru hotel in Pyatigorsk and transferred the prepayment. When I arrived at the place I found out from the receptionist that this number had already been booked earlier by other guests. They said that the money should be refunded to me by the aggregator. I have not been able to get through to customer service. So far It was 23.03 and the system did not give an opportunity to book another accommodation, and there is no other possibility to call the host. We were looking for a place to stay just by stealth (it was good that we had a car) Money was not returned.

    overall everything is ok

    I used it once, I chose an apartment in St. Petersburg with many positive reviews, everything went well. On the downside - no guarantees after moving in, the service does not give, contact the owner of the housing to clarify any questions about the object (not always everything is clear from the photo)...
