    They do not refund money for reservations canceled by the owner of the apartment!

    I can’t get my money back for a cancelled reservation. Messages are ignored, no response!

    • The reservation was canceled immediately after the prepayment was made! The money was not returned! They don't respond to messages!

    I used it once, I chose an apartment in St. Petersburg with many positive reviews, everything went well. On the downside - no guarantees after moving in, the service does not give, contact the owner of the housing to clarify any questions about the object (not always everything is clear from the photo)...
