A million of excuses from the support service, that the problem is everything, but not them, that I made a transfer without commission (provided screenshots of transactions - all accounted for), that I sent the money to the wrong address (provided screenshots - all addresses are correct), provided a third-party resource report on the transaction via blockchain - the transaction was made successfully). After that they found transaction ID, amazingly! but there is no money and the problem is in Coinpayments payment service (contacted them, provided hash of transaction, all screenshots of transfers and wallets - they confirmed by official letter that the money was credited). In the end the support service just answered me: "Unfortunately, we can not help with the search for payments through this method. And closed the issue as solved.
THEY ARE JUST THIEVES!!!
