They demanded a bunch of selfies with my passport and signatures, data and card statements, and then they just deleted the accounts. And in the paragraphs 2,3-2,4 of the user agreement is such nonsense that we do not owe you anything and can terminate the relationship ourselves, and you are not entitled to do anything about it, because they had already confirmed the agreement.
The official response of technical support to the refusal to provide for the third time scans and selfies with the passport and card data: "If you do not want – do not provide, the account will simply be deleted. The company has no legal entity or representative office in Russia, so referring to the Federal Law №152-FZ of 2006 is not an argument in this case. "
