    It was my first time trading options and to be honest, I didn’t even know about the absence of commissions and spreads on the quick trading mode. This was new to me, but I definitely liked it because I didn’t have to set stop-losses or take-profits anymore, all I had to do was guess the direction UP or DOWN and I could earn up to 92% profitably from one trade.

    Positive
    • I compared their payouts with other brokers that are specified on providing options, and gotta say, these payouts are incomparable here in a good way.
    • I know they don’t have a live support chat, as far as I know it’s based on AI technology, but even when I filled in the ticket about the issue, the support team answered to my request within a day.
    Minuses
    • Withdrawal speed was slower than usual, I expected fast transactions through e-wallets, I mean they’re faster than bank cards, but they do not justify the name of e-wallets.
    • I would like them to add more educational resources on how to improve options trading because it might be absolutely new for many people, for instance I’ve never traded there before joining.
