    Many advantages and one disadvantage

    Sometimes this one thing may ruin your experience, but I understand that support has many inquiries to work with this is why sometimes they cant answer quickly. But I think they need to cahnge it to live time solving problems via chat, and leave tickets only for serious matters like payments and stuff.
    Now about my trading exp, its very good and I was pleased to see soo many crypto options, I made depo with USDC it’s nice that they have it, this means I dont need to convert it and loose a part when depositing. The same quick and smooth experience with withdrawals as well, and now I am thinking about getting a much better level with my next deposit, here, you gotta invest to get better conditions , and I think its fair.

    • Customer service is made complex like you don't need to just chat you need to create ticket and then they review it and give you assistance.
