Namecheap doesn't like to tell the truth

Regurged a discounted .com domain from Spaceship, are resellers of Namecheap.

The next day the account was blocked with the notation "fraud". I decided to look into it and wrote to Spaceship, they redirected me to Namecheap and then the following dialog took place:

Me: Hello. Я did not commit any fraud to have my order canceled and have my account blocked. What is the reason?
