No one will take an advance payment from you before the consultation. I agree that 20 thousand is not a small amount, but for the charterback are those who have invested the amount of times in the 10 big ones at least. So this 20 is rather a guarantee of seriousness of intentions and some kind of cutoff. Otherwise, the office would be drowning in empty cases where high school kids trying to get their parents’ stolen card money back.
